It's important to me to acknowledge the Bundjalung people, the Traditional Owners of the beautiful land on which I live, work, and play. I'd like to express my deep gratitude for those who have nurtured this land for aeons, and for this magical land itself.
It is through sharing their wisdom, reciprocity and respect for the earth that we are gifted the opportunity to reconnect to ourselves, our instincts, our ancestors, the planet, and humanity. By this acknowledgement of country I'd like to pay my respect to elders and lore keepers past, present and emerging here in Bundjalung country, and all across this sacred land we are lucky enough to call home... Always was, always will be...

I'm humbled to have learned from truly awe-inspiring teachers, and experienced so many sacred and powerful modalities throughout my travels thus far... Having spent more than half my adult life abroad, or immersed in various indigenous cultures, it's such an honour and a privilege to share some of the wisdom of those experiences and opportunities with you...
